Solicitor's Liabilty

Reviewing "Solicitor's Liability [1996] 1 CLJ xlvii by Dr Hussain Abd Rahman Al Amudi", it can be concluded that lawyers in Malaysia enjoy no professional immunity. They can be sued for negligence under law of tort due to contractual obligation. So are solicitors and barristers in the United Kingdom.
